MUST DO @ WORK


1. RESPECT your peers, your co-workers, your boss, the receptionist, the security guy, the parking attendant, EVERYONE you included.

The workplace (no matter which one) is a reflect of the society. We are all UNIQUE and DIFFERENT, but we all live together! RESPECT.

2. TIME, TIME, TIME, yours and others! Arrive on time, obviously. It shows that you care, you want to accomplish something. It's positive on you and on the others. And you won't run out of time during the day.
 Manage your time. If you can respect a timeline say it! Not 5 minutes before then deadline, advise. give statut, speak, communicate in a respectfull matter.

3. Be engage, live the value, work toward the objectives, know and behave according to the mission and vision of your employer.


4. Emotion : control them, they are alike a wave, you can't pick them but you can choose the wave. Be realistic, don't think too much and DO NOT assume. Speak! Stick to facts.

5. Air your brain! Take a breath, make sure to go outside, even in the cold winter.  Fresh air will only benefit you, relax you, and get things in perspective.

6. Don't let one person decide on your career, even (and most likely) if this person is your actual boss. Look at option, connect with people around you. If you are still UNSATISFIED, it's time to move.
